You get a welcome email inviting you to be a part of Clique of 10’s first service, called the ✨BFF Finder✨. The BFF Finder consists of the BFF Finder Community on WhatsApp and on Discord, along with a friend-matching service based on who you are.
This is our large collection of vibrant, member-generated, groups on WhatsApp (with those same groups mirrored in our Discord server). These groups are divided up according to different interests, identities and location. The Community (and its groups) are spaces for members to find new friends, and create deeper connections with each other based on who they are and what’s important to them. Getting access the BFF Finder Community requires that you be part of the Waiting Room group on WhatsApp beforehand.
After you sign up, you receive a welcome email with a link to the Waiting Room group on WhatsApp. The Waiting Room serves as your orientation into the Clique of 10 community. Here, you’ll receive crucial information about community norms, guidelines, and tips to engage successfully within our diverse groups. Once per week, everyone in the Waiting Room gets brought into the Community.
Community groups are vibrant spaces for members to chat, share, and plan activities. Feel free to jump into conversations and participate in various streams of discussion. Group calls, movie nights via screen-sharing, and in-person meet-ups are common. If you’re interested in joining these activities or leading one, simply reach out to your group leaders.

Active participation is key to maintaining the fun of our Community and its groups. Group leaders may remove inactive members to ensure the group remains dynamic and engaged. This is done in order to funnel people towards those spaces where they’ll thrive.
Our Community groups love to get together! Whether it’s picnics, hikes, gaming sessions, dinners, or a huge number of more niche activities, there’s often something going on. Jump into activities that interest you and start making genuine connections with people who live near you.
You can do this by:
  • Proposing a new group idea that is unique, or is duplicate of a closed group (a closed group is a group that’s reached its optimal size and is no longer accepting new members).
  • Ensuring your group’s aim is to foster friendships and community. We do not approve groups intended for dating, commercial activities, or non-social purposes.
  • Submit your group idea within the WhatsApp Community or via [email protected], with a clear description and purpose for approval.
Any new group you suggest would require you to step into the role of that group’s leader/admin. New group suggestions are reviewed once per week, with new groups being approved based on their potential to help members find and make new friends.
Group leaders are pivotal to the success of our Community groups. They moderate discussions, ensure adherence to our Community Guidelines, and provide some level of help to their group’s members in organising both online and offline activities.

We connect you via email, with a clickable WhatsApp link ready to send a message to your new match. No need to worry about breaking the ice either since the first message you send has an icebreaker message built right into it, to start things off smoothly. Plus, over the next week, you’ll get a series of follow-up emails (we call this the BFF Finder Round) loaded with tips and extra conversation starters to help you bond big time with your new friends.
No worries! You have the option to request between 1-3 new friend matches during each BFF Finder Round if your initial connections don’t pan out as expected.
Your safety is our utmost priority. If you witness or experience any violations, please report them immediately to [email protected] with detailed evidence. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards breaches, ensuring swift and decisive actions—including permanent bans if necessary—to maintain a secure environment for all members.
